New Leaders of Sunnybrook Foundation was originally formed as a sub-committee of Sunnybrook & Women’s Foundation in 1995. It is a group of professionals dedicated to supporting research, education and patient care programs at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre through a number of annual fundraising events. Over the years, New Leaders has raised essential funds for priorities such as the PARTY Program (Prevent Alcohol and Risk-Related Trauma in Youth), TRIDEC (Tri-Hospital Diabetes Education Centre), the Traumatic Brain Injury Clinic, breast cancer research, the Women’s Mental Health program, The Ross Tilley Burn Centre, the Orthopaedic Program, among many others.
